| Always say I love you |
| As I sit and watch the sun set, I see the ripples in the water. I feel the breeze slightly blowing, as if it were his fingers gently gliding through my hair. I think of his eyes looking into mine, and mine looking back with the love only we shared. I feel his sense of security in my dreams. He did so many special things for me every day. On special holidays his efforts were endless. He was so much like a child in the sweetest manor. He made me feel as I were one too. My darling man would set tiny clues all over and make his gift giving a treasure hunt. There was always a special treasure at the end, as he would know just what I wanted most and give it to me. After a days work done, he would sit with me outside and make the evening the best time of the day. That was our special time together. I have never known a love like we shared. He is gone now. God took him away to soon. Now these times are just a memory, always in my mind. I long for the sound of his voice and the touch of his embrace. My man, my love, whom gave so much of himself while he was here, has not left me but just moved deeper into my heart! So I say to you, Tell your loved ones just how much you love them every day. Always say "I love you", for in a blink of an eye, God could take them away too! Debby C |
